On 23rd July 2020, alongside our partners The Mastercard Foundation the #YoungAfricaWorks strategy was launched.

This strategy sets out an ambitious goal to connect 3 million young Ugandans (70% women) to dignified and fulfilling work within the next decade.

The Mastercard Foundation will work alongside key partners such as The Innovation Village, Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU), Equity Bank Limited Uganda, the Government of Uganda and entrepreneurs to realise this goal.

We are excited to embark on this journey to provide young Ugandans with the skills, opportunities and tools needed to thrive.
