AmaniMara, a Uganda fashion brand is actively seeking a self-driven and organised Operations Intern to oversee and coordinate our existing team and overall company operations. This is a 3 months internship with a possibility to be retained if set objectives are met.

You will be responsible for product quality control, customer satisfaction, and ensuring the team is successfully accomplishing their respective tasks.  

• Responsible for overall company operations
• monitoring and reviewing ongoing campaigns/projects until completion
• Supporting the CEO's vision to the best of your ability
• Processing and managing customer orders and inquiries
• Managing production process
• Ensuring production quality control
• Product sales
• Managing inventory
• Planning and scheduling campaign/project interviews 
• Ensure proper book-keeping
• Writing weekly reports
