Founded in 2019, Charge Ko Technologies Limited is a market leader in providing portable and affordable electric charging solutions. We design sleek, high-quality energy solutions through a variety of mobile charging kiosks, charging lockers and other mobile charging solutions to ensure that you and your phone keep smiling.
 
Our team is seeking an awesome detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to join our team as we expand our operations.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Process invoices
  • Review expenses with supporting receipts and prepare monthly expense report
  • Prepare weekly payment runs in accordance with the agreed timetable and financial control procedures and ensuring correct coding of all costs
  • Act as a point of contact for all accounts payable queries
  • Maintain inventory
  • Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring accounting records are complete and accurate
  • Update monthly rolling budgets / forecasts
  • Ensure all transactions are processed accurately within the accounting system
Administrative:
 
  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Provide logistical support for partner site visits, meetings, or external stakeholder visits
  • Coordinating importation, manufacturing and clearing of raw materials and finished products
  • Completing other tasks related to clearing importation working with clearing and shipping agents
  • Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
  • Maintaining supply and inventory
  • Supervise incoming shipment to ensure that they are intact and accurate and review shipment documentation such as invoices and packing lists in preparation for outgoing shipments
  • Carry out other relevant assignments on behalf of the Director

Additional tasks

  • Coordinating importation, manufacturing and  clearing of raw materials and finished products
  • Completing other tasks related to clearing importation working with clearing and shipping agents.
  • Experience with Zoho Suite and Google Workspace is an added advantage.

Desired start date: 25th April

Location: Hybrid - remote at least 3 days in office Kiwatule

Duration: Full-time (3-month probation period)
