Finance and Admin Assistant

We design sleek, high-quality energy solutions through a variety of mobile charging kiosks, charging lockers and other mobile charging solutions to ensure that you and your phone keep smiling.
Our team is seeking an awesome detail-oriented Finance and Administration Assistant to join our team as we expand our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices
- Review expenses with supporting receipts and prepare monthly expense report
- Prepare weekly payment runs in accordance with the agreed timetable and financial control procedures and ensuring correct coding of all costs
- Act as a point of contact for all accounts payable queries
- Maintain inventory
- Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring accounting records are complete and accurate
- Update monthly rolling budgets / forecasts
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately within the accounting system
Administrative:
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Provide logistical support for partner site visits, meetings, or external stakeholder visits
- Coordinating importation, manufacturing and clearing of raw materials and finished products
- Completing other tasks related to clearing importation working with clearing and shipping agents
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
- Maintaining supply and inventory
- Supervise incoming shipment to ensure that they are intact and accurate and review shipment documentation such as invoices and packing lists in preparation for outgoing shipments
- Carry out other relevant assignments on behalf of the Director
Additional tasks
- Coordinating importation, manufacturing and clearing of raw materials and finished products

Completing other tasks related to clearing importation working with clearing and shipping agents.

Experience with Zoho Suite and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
