Digital Media Marketing Specialist

Job description

We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial Digital Media Marketing intern to execute digital marketing for our MySuperBuilder platform marketing strategy. Candidates with ambition in building up and establishing a brand in developed and emerging markets including PR, Digital Channels and Events with a strong bent to growing our business and supporting the company's startup and growth plans.

Responsibilities:
* Enhance our comprehensive marketing strategy to grow the MySuperBuilder platform brand through lead generation, digital, branding and communications.
* Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights and translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
* Create and implement effective sales and marketing tools, including management and development of sales collateral, presentations, client success stories and other sales tools to enhance sales team efforts.
* Support channel growth with partner/channel marketing programs.
* Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing and Sales to plan and execute new product launches.
* Effectively and concisely present ideas to executives, employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Entrepreneurial mindset is more important than work experience. Any number of years related marketing and leadership experience in a high growth, action orientated environment.
* Deep expertise and passion with leading marketing departments within a startup, B2B, FinTech business.
* Proven ambitious ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
* Experience and willingness using multi-channel approach to identify, capture and nurture marketing qualified leads through the sales funnel from pre-pipeline all the way through booking.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, metrics, analytics and reporting methods.
* Thorough understanding of and experience utilizing marketing automation tools and other technology to support the requirements of the demand generation plan.
* Proven track record of coordinating successful PR campaigns.
* Excellent strategic and design thinking and analytical skills.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing and business analytics and/or communication or relevant field. Other qualifications will also be considered even non-college online self-help courses.
